This is BoPoMoFo(ㄅㄆㄇㄈ)/ZhuYin (注音) Learning Games. The game was created to help Taiwanese children living abroad to improve BPMF skills. The game is free for all but donations are welcome.  Game is best to play with a computer browser, not  designed for mobile
